THE PIZZA


I went to New York to learn to make New York Style pizza.

I was blessed to be mentored by Jenny Olbrich of The Esters.   

She's been in the Pizza game for over 25 years.

Our Hope's pizza journey begins four days before you eat it.

Each ball of dough is shaped by hand, and tucked in for four days and four nights of rest.


We hope, when you order, that like our dough,  you aren't in a rush. 

Hope's is a place of rest and joy.

Leave your worries at the door, and join our family dinner.

We enjoy taking our time to make your pizza perfect.

We appreciate your patience and presence.


The Hope

It was all a dream, and then it was real.


Hope's is named after my grandmother. She was also my best friend.


She was a wild G-ram, always singing, dancing, cooking, and partying.

Her kitchen was always bopping, it's where the party was & everyone was welcome to hang out and eat.

As an adult we'd sit together for hours, drink champagne, eat cheese and sing hits.


Sadly, a few years ago, she passed away.

After having a brush with my own mortality, I've decided to dedicate my new life to NYC style PIZZA, bopping while I bake.


Hope's Pizza is a love letter to her. I hope you become like family through my food.
